Order Processing

Orders placed on the PRIYBAN website are processed after successful confirmation of payment or order placement.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver PRIYBAN products to serviceable locations across India through our shipping and delivery partners.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through the contact details submitted with your order.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, incorrect or incomplete address details, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

PRIYBAN will not be responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address provided by the customer.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Missing or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
